It’s no secret that I love Sanur and further to that, no secret that I love Kejora Villas-Suites. There are so many reasons why Kejora just works and because I’m a list girl (the world can be run on a good list), I’m going to list the reasons you should consider Kejora for your next holiday.

A Villa to Suit Everyone!

With a variety of villa options, there is something for you whether travelling with your family, friends or looking for a romantic getaway with your significant other. I’m lucky enough to have had a tour through almost every Kejora villa and from the stunning decor, lush gardens and crystal blue pools, I love them all. Each villa is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to relax, unwind, enjoy cocktails by the pool, cook up a feast in the kitchen or just prepare snacks to go with the cocktails by the pool. The villas are staffed with housekeeping coming daily at convenient times to change linen, bring fresh towels and tidy up. Nothing better than coming ‘home’ to the villa after a busy day shopping to find your bed made, fluffy fresh towels, and the pool sparkling to entice you in.

It’s Beachfront

And when I say beachfront, I mean on the beach. No road to cross. No long walks to the beach. Walk out the villa door. Turn left or right as the case may be to the big carved timber door. Open door. Beach.  Right there. Kejora Beach club with day beds just for guests, right there. Under the shade of big trees and umbrellas and only metres from the beautiful Sanur beach ocean. Of course you can then stroll along the beach to a number of restaurants and bars, never having to worry about roads or traffic. The only thing you will have to do is make the tricky decision of which restaurant or bar to stop at.

Main Street Location

One end is beachfront, the other end is on the main street of Sanur! It really is the perfect location. Walk out the front of your Kejora villa to Jalan Danau Tamblingan to find boutiques, gift shops, home-wares, day spas, restaurants, bars, tailors…everything you want in a Bali holiday. I’ve done the main street walk several times from Kejora. Do one side of the street one day, and the other side the next. The great thing about Sanur is that there are new shops and restaurants opening almost daily so you will never run out of places to try or treasures to buy.

The Glass House

You can’t talk about Kejora without talking about The Glass House. At the top of the Kejora property, The Glass House offers beautiful fresh and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner…and cake. The lemon meringue pie is out of this world. Trust me, I’ve had more times than I will ever admit too. The Glass House also has an awesome Happy Hour (50k cocktails – yes please!) and if holiday relaxation has kicked in while you stay at Kejora and even walking to dinner seems like too much hard work, just order in from The Glass House! .

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Little Things

For me with a holiday, it’s often the little things that count the most. And I don’t mean little because they don’t matter, I mean little in a sense that they can be easily overlooked but if done well, they can make a holiday one you’ll never forget. I love getting massages and while I’m happy to go to a day spa for a massage, I LOVE getting a massage in my Kejora villa because then when the massage is over…I don’t have to move. I can stay right there snoozing and relaxing.

The other thing I love about holidays is when things are just taken care for me. Kejora organises amazing day tours so you can tell the Kejora team which tour you want and it’s all arranged. They have just recently added day tours to Nusa Lembongan to their list and with pick up and drop off and boat transfers organised for me, it’s a great way to spend a day in the sunshine and on a tropical island only 30 minutes from Sanur Beach.

But for me there is one thing that Kejora and The Glass House do that really make me feel special…they offer the most amazing service. The staff are friendly and caring and it shows in how they treat every guest they have. The team remember your name, they enjoy a laugh with you, and The Glass House staff even remember how I like my coffee! For that matter they remember which cocktails I like too!

Kejora Villas-Suites is like holidaying in luxury while being treated like royalty but with all the comforts and conveniences of home. And from talking to other people who have stayed there, once you have stayed at Kejora, you won’t want to stay anywhere else.
