Right now we are in the height of our holiday season in Bali. The weather is beautiful and warm with a tropical downpour sometimes in the afternoons. At Kejora we do conduct regular mosquito eradication spraying but you may wish to bring with you your own sunscreen and mosquito repellant from your own country. There is a high incidence of severe sunburn to some tourists who are reckless in their sun baking habits, not being used to the severe sunshine in Bali and also underestimating the possibility of getting badly burned even though the sky is overcast. Wide brimmed hats and sunscreen are advisable. Drinking lots of water is also a must to keep rehydrated during your visit. Some guests like to bring antibacterial gel for using on their hands before eating. This is said to help prevent the dreaded “Bali Belly” Good hygiene as well as good common sense is the best preventative measures. If you are staying with us at Kejora Villas we have our own multi-lingual doctor on call who will attend to any emergencies, so you can feel safe with us.
